Situated along a leafy lane in a calm oasis in South Delhi, is our lovingly named nest ‘Tree of Life’.

This offering is the love child of the hosts, Ashwani and Suruchi.

Having worked in the travel industry for over three decades, Ashwani is your full-time host.

Suruchi, the creative free spirit of the partnership, is drawn towards the field of wellbeing. A much sought after teacher and practitioner of Yoga and a Vedic scholar, she’s a visiting master at the Ananda Spa in the Himalayas and travels worldwide to teach alternate healing / meditation.

It will be our honour to welcome you to our home, not as guests but as part of our family.

    Early check in (6 am to 12 noon)
    Late check out (12 noon to 8 pm)

    Both cost an extra half day. Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night. If you require access to your room before 8 am, then please book the previous night. For guests already staying with us, on the day of departure, if the room is required after 8 PM, then please book the night after.

    In case of early check in (6 am to 12 Noon), you may have to wait before the earlier guest checks out and room gets cleaned. In the mean time you are welcome to enjoy, relax in the lounge or on the terrace, surf the net, order food.

    Both early check ins and late check outs cannot be promised and are subject to availability.

    No cancellation / discount requests will be entertained for delays caused by any third party (airlines, railways, road transport, etc). In case stay is cut short, full charge for the booked dates will have to be paid.

    Faq's

    Q : If I need to head to the centre of town / Old Delhi, which is the most convenient way?
    A : The Metro station is a mere 5 minutes walk from the B&B. It will take 20 – 25 mins to reach Connaught Place / Old Delhi in air conditioned comfort.
    However, the concept of a heading to the traditional centre of town is changing with the opening three new world class malls and top restaurants, located just 10 minutes away.
    A : The building is a 4 storied independent residential complex with each floor being a complete self sustained unit, having three bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a large furnished living room, a dining lounge and a fully operational kitchen. The two middle floors house the B&B and the topmost floor is the residence of the owners. There is a dedicated elevator with ARD (automatic rescue device).
